[edit]DescriptionKen and Amy Collins with Randy Mattson 140323-N-BZ083-040 (13467165023).jpg | 140323-N-BZ083-040 FORREST CITY, Ark. (March 23, 2014) After a concert at East Arkansas Community College, Master Chief Musician Randy Mattson talks with the head of the Navy music program, Cmdr. Kenneth Collins, and his wife Amy. The Sea Chanters, based in Washington and led by Chief Musician Adam Tyler, are currently on a 18-day tour of six states. One of the band's primary responsibilities, national tours increase awareness of the Navy in places that don't see the Navy at work on a regular basis.
