Gladde, zich verbredende stam, overgaande in een licht gebogen kelk. Op de kelk, in omlijsting van rococo-ornament en bloemslingers, opgehouden door een zwevende putto, het naar rechts gewende medaillon-portret van stadhouder prins Willem V (1748-1806), de echtgenoot van Prinses Wilhelmina van Pruisen (1751-1820). Op de keerzijde inscirptie WILLEM DE VYFDE PRINS VAN ORANJE.
