Ελληνικά: Το Κεφαλόβρυσο Αργολίδας είναι ένα χωριό στην ενδοχώρα ύψους 750 μέτρων του Αργολίδας. Το όνομά του προέρχεται από μια καρστική πηγή, η ποσότητα του νερού στην οποία ποικίλλει, αλλά ρέει όλο το χρόνο. Το κάτω μέρος της ήπιας, εύφορης πλαγιάς του Ξεροβουνίου, 1829 Μ., είναι εντυπωσιακό. Οι χωρικοί το ανέπτυξαν σε μικρές βεράντες και το χρησιμοποίησαν για γεωργία. Είναι γνωστό από αυτήν την παλιά μορφή Γεωργίας ότι είναι κατάλληλο για τη διατήρηση της ποικιλομορφίας των οικοτόπων (Ενδιαίτημα). Δυστυχώς, το τοπίο σήμερα χρησιμεύει μόνο για βόσκηση με αιγοπρόβατα.

English: Kefalovriso is a village in the 750 m northern hinterland of the regional unit Argolis. Its name is derived from a local karst spring, whose water volume varies, but runs all year. The lower part of the smooth fertile slope of mountain Xerovouni is of special interest: Over centuries the villagers developed and cared for these well fragmented terraces, meanwhile important examples for how to sustain ecological diversity. Today it merely serves the villages diminishing population to feed their sheep and goats.

Deutsch: Kefalovriso ist ein Bergdorf im nördlichen Hinterland der Argolis, benannt nach einer ganzjährig schüttenden, großen Karstquelle. Auffällig ist der untere Teil des sanften, fruchtbaren Schutthangs des 1289 m hohen Berges Xerovouni, den die Dörfler in kleinen Terrassen ausgebaut und landwirtschaftlich genutzt haben, heutzutage aber offensichtlich nur noch zur Schaf- und Ziegenbeweidung nutzen. Der funktionale, und auch der für Artenvielfalt und Bodenstabilität wichtige Bewuchs dieses Tales sind heutzutage sehr wertvoll.
