ini pertama kali saya liat jenis bongkot ini,biasanya hanya bunga kecicang(kecombrang) yg warna nya merah/merah muda ,semakin ke dalam warnanya semakin merona..karena itu saya tertarik untuk menggunakan memasak bumbu pesan ikan lele(pepes ikan lele),bongkot bisa digunakan sebagai alternatif pengganti bawang dan rasanya sangat unik!bisa untuk goh (tambahan),jukut undis,sop ikan,jukut cundang atau sop dari berbahan dasar seafood dan ayam! Kalo saya pernah memakainya untuk pasta,Tom yam,dan untuk minuman cocktail!
