| Description | En route to the Putra LRT train station to catch my train the KLCC (KL City Centre) where the Petronas Towers are located, I pass the entrance to Kasturi Walk. It's at this time disaster struck: I ran out of memory! I could have killed myself. And my wonderful Canon SX100 does not have internal memory, and as it was a night photo venture, I'd left my Samsung at the hotel. The only light at the end of the tunnel was that KLCC has an upmarket shopping centre attached, so I hoped I'd be able to pick up a memory card somewhere there. (Postscript: In my tension and anxiety, I totally missed the Nikon sign you see straight ahead. Maybe I could have checked out Kasturi Walk after all, had I found a memory card in that shop. Oh well!) Jan/ Feb. 2012. |
