Description
Deutsch: Tübingen. Karlstraße mit Blick auf Café-Restauration ‚Krone‘ von Carl Schlagenhauff, weiter auf die Eberhardsbrücke und die Neckarfront. Im Vordergrund ist die Brücke über die Kronlach sichtbar, ein Arm von Neckar, der sich bei hohem Wasserstand mit Wasser füllte. Nach der „Neckerkorrektion“ von 1910/11 wurde die Kronlach überflüssig. In seinem Bett links der Karlstraße wurde das Uhlandbad gebaut, das Bett rechts der Karlstraße wurde zugeschüttet und darauf wurde die Friedrichstraße gebaut.
