Description
Deutsch: Denkmalgruppe zum Brandenburger Markgrafen und Kürfürsten Kaiser Karl IV. (1316–1378) in der ehemaligen Berliner Siegesallee. Die Nebenfiguren zeigen den Magdeburger Erzbischof Dietrich von Portitz (links) und den Magdeburger Stiftshauptmann Claus von Bismarck. Bildhauer: Ludwig Cauer, die Gruppe wurde am 26. August 1899 enthüllt.
English: Monument group in the former Siegesallee in Berlin commemorating Brandenburg’s Margrave and Elector en:Charles IV, Holy Roman Emperor (1316–1378). The bust on the left commemorates the Archbishop of Magdeburg Dietrich Kagelwit (also Dietrich von Portitz), and the bust on the right Archbishopric-Hauptmann Claus von Bismarck from the Bismarck family. Sculptor: Ludwig Cauer. The sculpture was unveiled on 26 August 1899.
