Deutsch: Ein aus Roggenmehl hergestelltes und mit herzhaftem Milchreis gefülltes, schiff-förmiges Gebäck aus der Region Karelien, das besonders gut mit einer mit gekochten Eiern gemischten Butter schmeckt.
English: A pasty made of a rye pastry shell filled with a savory milk pudding and shaped into a boat-like shape. It tastes especially good when served with butter mixed with boiled eggs.
