Sonnenstrahlen durchbrechen die Wolkendecke, unten Landschaftsszene. Kommentar: Oben gelocht. - Die Zuweisung der Autorenschaft an dieser Medaille an Antonio Abondio ist umstritten. Mit Attwood (2003) 156 in das Jahr 1559 bzw. die frühen 1560er Jahre datiert. Giovanni Moroni (1509-1580) stand seit 1542 im Kardinalsrang. 1542 gründete er das Deutsche Kolleg in Rom. Literatur: L.
