Description
Deutsch: Im Karasek-Museum taucht man in die Zeit der Räuber, Schmuggler und Wilddiebe ab. Außerdem erfährt der Besucher viel Interessantes über die einstige böhmische Enklave von Niederleutersdorf und die harte Zeit der damaligen Leineweber.

Schwerpunkte: • Räuberhauptmann Karasek und sein bewegtes Leben • Böhmische Enklave von Niederleutersdorf (1635 – 1849) • Original eingerichtete Bauern-, Schlaf- und Weberstube um 1800 • Oberlausitzer Umgebindehaus und sein historisches Ensemble • Imposanter Kreuzgewölberaum mit einer Dokumentation zur europaweit einzigartigen Polierschieferlagerstätte (20 – 32 Mill. Jahre alte Fossilien)

• Ausstellung "Damals in der DDR - das tägliche Leben", Präsentation von ca. 1.000 Exponaten aus den Bereichen Arbeit, Schule, Haushalt, Kultur und Freizeit.
