Bradley Yingling, squad leader for the Kapisa/Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team at Bagram Air Field, briefs Airmen and Soldiers prior to a convoy mission to Mahmood Raqi, Afghanistan, March 14. More than a dozen PRT members took part in the mission to visit several coalition-sponsored construction projects and met with elected members of the Kapisa Provincial Development Council to discuss security matters and community concerns. Sergeant Yingling is deployed to Bagram Air Field from Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 178th Infantry, Kankakee, Ill. His hometown is Sandwich, Ill. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
