Description
Svenska: Kanikegränd 1, tidigare Munkvägen 1, byggdes åren 1887–1888 av Statens Järnvägstrafiks pensionsinrättning som bostäder för järnvägstjänstemän. Huset är i tre plan och källare och byggt av tegel med gulvita slätputsade fasader, hörnrisaliter med sparsam dekor, huvudsakligen i form av raka och segmentformade fönsteröverstycken, samt rustikkedjor. De ursprungliga helfranska entrédörrarna på gavlarna bevarar tidstypiska smidesgaller i de övre fyllningarna. Byggnaden omges av en parkliknande plantering med allé och fruktträd. Vindsplanet tillbyggdes 1996. Byggnaden huserar högskolans institution för beteendevetenskap.
