Description
English: Vestai Kandavan is one of the most famous and amazing natural attractions of East Azarbaijan province and Iran, whose fame has reached everyone in the world. Because the village of Kandavan is the only rocky village in the world where people live. In the whole world, in addition to the village of Kandavan, there are two other rock villages, one of which is in the city of Cappadocia, Turkey, and the other is in the village of Dakota, America, but with the difference that these rock villages are uninhabited.

Kandavan village with a history of 3 thousand years is located in Esko city.

The beehive and sugarcane houses of this village are located in the heart of the mountain, which are completely the result of natural processes and were formed without any human intervention. One of the interesting things about Kandavan village is that its houses look like beehives and the souvenir of the village is natural honey! Completely traditional houses, cheerfulness and serenity of the village, warm and kind local people, delicious and varied souvenirs, clear and mineral water of Kandavan are among the reasons why tourists from all over the world travel to this village. The village of Kandavan has been registered in the list of national monuments of Iran with the registration number of 1857.
