Description
English: Kanch Mandir or Kancher Mandir means the temple made of glass, also popularly known as Sheesa Mandir., which is situated on the premises of Ramkrishna Ashram of baranagar, Kolkata. Swami Satyananda, an ardent follower of Swami Abhedananda, founded this temple. The idol of Goddess Kali is installed inside the temple along with the idol of Shri Ramkrishna paramahansa and his wife Sarada Devi.
