Description
Deutsch: Kalkbrennerei Franz Hermann Sauer, Wohnhaus mit Büro in der Heidelberger Str. 38, Höpfingen, um 1930. Das Betriebsgelände befand sich in den Kalköfen in den Gewannen Steinrutsche und/oder Eiermannsäcker, nahe der Waldstätter Straße im Süden Höpfingens. Auf dem Foto gut erkennbar sind auch die bis in die 1950er Jahre üblichen Telefon-Freileitungsmasten der Reichspost (später Deutsche Bundespost) mit unterschiedlichen Bauhöhen und mit 2 bzw. 3 Querträgern für die Isolatoren. Der massive, seitlich abgestützte Mast (ganz links) stand an der Heidelberger Straße auf öffentlichem Grund nahe am Haus "Sauer". Einfachere Einzelmasten standen in Ri. Ortsmitte an der Gneisenaustraße, davon ein Mast (im Bild rechts) am unteren Rand des Grundstücks "Sauer". Es ex. in diesem Ortsbereich um 1928/30 noch keine Bürgersteige am Straßenrand, stattdessen schmale Grasstreifen! In diesen sind nur einfache Trittmulden für die Zugänge zum Haus zu erkennen. Die Heidelberger Straße in Höpfingen ist zugleich Reichsstraße 27 (R 27), nach 1945 umbenannt in Bundesstraße 27 (B 27).
