The former Stadthalle Designed in 1911 - Stahlzeit. The architect was Richard Seel, of Berlin, and his design was to house a 1600 seat concert hall for the Philharmonic Orchestra, die Königsberger Philharmonie. Bombed serverely in the war, it has been restored to its pre-war state. |
