English: The most famous temple of Kalinchok Bhagwati or Kalinchok Mai in Dolakha district. This Kalinchok Bhagwati temple can be reached in about 5 minutes by cable car from Suppagaun or Kuri village of Dolakha. It is located at an altitude of 12,605 feet above sea level. This height is the height altitude. The site of the temple is like the top of a hill. In the past, when there was no cable car, one had to walk through the difficult narrow road dense forest. Takura, the temple of Kalinchok Bhagwati, is about 22 meters wide and 69 meters long. The Takura has idols of Ganesh, Shivaji and Saraswati as well as various other deities and a natural tank about 8 meters wide and 20 meters long. Devotees worship this tank as a symbol of Kalinchok Bhagwati. Earlier there was no idol of Bhagwati here but now there is a black stone idol of Bhagwati on one side on the west side of the temple premises. It is believed that the water of this tank comes to the Bhimeshwar temple in Dolakha Bazaar. This Kalinchok Mai is considered as “Mahishasurmardini “ Bhagwati. According to Saptasati, Parvati, the daughter of the mountain king of the Himalayas, who killed the moon and the head, is said to be the Kalinchok deity. That is why “Adyashakti” is considered as the form of Mahakali. This goddess is considered to be one of the three forms of Bhagwati, Mahakali, Mahalakshmi and Mahasaraswati. To reach this temple, one had to cross a remote forest road. To reach this temple, one had to pass through a stone chap. This chap is also called “Dharma Dhoka.” Only the pious could enter the rock. There was also the belief that sinners could not penetrate. The Kalinchok temple has 156 steps to climb from Takura to the east and 22 steps to go from the west, but the temple management has arrangements for the devotees to climb from east to east and return from west. As the stone steps are made, one has to climb and descend with great care. The water flows from the Kalinchok basin in four streams, the Tamakoshi flowing from the north, the Sunkoshi flowing from the west, the Indrawati flowing from the east and the Bhagwati flowing from the south. There is also a large cave called Tintale Pok here. There is no such idol of Hanuman here except in Ujjain, India. According to the legend, after the tank here was destroyed by the demons in Dolakha during the Satya Yuga, the gods invited Bhagwati to Dolakha and worshiped her. As a symbol of this, on the day of Balachaturdashi, Bhagwati goes to the temple with “Kikirna “ Khat with holy music and returns after boxing “Kikirpa”. On the day of Punirma, a procession is made to Sindur. Then Yajna is also performed at Narayansthan. Devotees throng this place on Janai Punirma and Bijaya Dashami. There is also a fair. Worshiping this idol of Kalinchok Bhagwati has been believed to increase blessings, attain heaven and stay healthy. Kalinchok is a place called Kuri where there is a cable car station to the temple of Kalinchok Bhagwati. Kuri is also a tourist destination. It will be snowy, foggy and foggy till April, so there will be suitable weather in the month of Baishakh. In the month of Baishakh, different species of Rhododendron can be seen blooming in full bloom on the way. The scenery is very beautiful as it is full of golden flowers and natural resources. During the snowfall, the entire Kuri village area, including the temple, is covered with snow. It seems that there is a huge crowd of domestic and foreign tourists to see this snow.
