Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Deosai means "Land of giants". It is located at an average hight of approximately 13500 feet above the sea level and is famous for brown bears, golden eagles and golden marmots. The lake which can be seen in the picture is kala pani which means black water. The name was given because it's water seems amazingly dark. Mountains of Karakoram range can also be seen in the picture.
