Summary

[edit]
Description Ramen with a little bit of aosa seaweed, a slice of pork, green onions and two large pieces of braised pork (with a nice hit of star-anice spice).

I chose to put fresh-squeezed lemon juice in my broth, making the heavy pork soup refreshingly light at the same time.

An aquired taste. Most people like the super-porky soup as is.
