Description
English: This is a magnified version of File:Kaisermanöver Mähren 1909.jpg. the detail shows the Kaiser (left) and the frail austrian emperor Franz Joseph I in a quiet scene during a military training called "Kaisermanöver" in mid September 1909 near the now czech town of Velké Meziříčí. The photo about that exercise was published in the catholic german magazine "Deutscher Hausschatz" in 1910
