Description
English: Cassier's Magazine of January 1898 had an article on page 187-203, describing the German liner Kaiser Wilhelm der Grosse and titled The Largest Steamship Afloat. It was accompanied by a number of illustrations, including this photo of one of the two triple expansion engines, each delivering 14,000 hp and built by Vulcan in Stettin, on page 191.
