English: Brig. Gen. Jon T. Thomas, 86th Airlift Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Phillip Easton, 86th AW command chief, sign pledge forms in support of the Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas Oct. 22, 2015, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The CFC-O allows U.S. military members and U.S. government civilian employees to donate to the charity of their choice, with more than 2,600 charities available to choose from.
