Description
English: This is Keri pana with Pudina leaves. It is an summer drink in India. Every Indian loves to drink it as it refreshes body, mind and soul with its pristine taste of raw mango. Pudina leaves makes the drink very rejuvenating in taste.

Advantages and Benefits - In Indian summer this drink helps from hot winds and beat the summer and dehydration it contains vitamin C which gives essential nutrients to skin. It is a good anit - oxidant also Ingredients and .Preparation - The ingredients which we use to make pana is as follows: - 1) Raw Mango (Keri) 2) Water to Boil and some water to mix into pulp of raw mango(Keri) 3) Roasted Cumin Seeds (Jeera) and some crushed CuminSeeds 4) Black Salt (Kala Nama) 5) Sugar(Chini) 6) Ice Cubes Easy steps of preparation of Keri pana are as follows: - Step 1 - Rinse raw mango two to three times then boil the Raw Mango (Keri) for 15 to 20 minutes. You can boil it in a steamer or a cooker anything u have in your kitchen Step 2 - Take them out from vessel in which you are boiling raw mango now take off the outer skin of raw mango, it will come out easily as it is boiled. Now collect the pulp of raw mango in a bowl and discard the outer peel of the raw mangoes (Keri). Step 3 - Now, add some water and sugar into the pulp mix it well. Step 4 - After this add some powdered black salt according to your taste and some crushed and roasted cumin seeds into the pulp and again mix it well then add pudina leaves in crushed form

Step 5 - Put the whole drink into mixture grinder and add ice cubes into it then grind it then take it off into glasses and take some small pudina leaves for garnishing.
