Title
KENT-775F97: Late Mesolithic to Neolithic scraper (possible side scraper)
Description
English: Scraper (possible side scraper on right dorsal distal-mesial edge). This scraper is probably of late Mesolithic or early Neolithic date due to the quantity of blades and blade cores present at the same find spot. The dorsal surface is 50% covered in cortex with semi-abrupt removals to reveal mid-grey flint. The ventral surface also has semi-abrupt removals to create the scraping edge. The flint is unpatinated and has some post-depositional damage due to agricultural activity (chipped edges). The dimensions are 39.23mm long, 28.71mm wide, 15.30mm thick and weighs 15.92 grams.
