Description
Deutsch: "Sodann hat der Gemeinderat die stark investitionsbedürftige Liegenschaft an der Goldbacherstrasse 6 verkauft. 'Das unbewohnte Gebäude hat für die Gemeinde keine strategische Bedeutung und befindet sich in einem schlechten Zustand. Es mussten bereits Sicherungsmassnahmen am Dach ergriffen werden', führt der Liegenschaftenvorsteher aus. Der private Käufer sieht für einen Teil der Liegenschaft eine gewerbliche Nutzung vor, welche auch als Quartiertreff dienen soll. Dieser soll zur Belebung und Durchmischung des Quartiers Goldbach beitragen." (Medienmitteilung, 29.2.2024)
English: “The municipal council then sold the property at Goldbacherstrasse 6, which was in great need of investment. 'The unoccupied building is of no strategic importance to the municipality and is in a poor condition. Safety measures have already had to be taken on the roof,' explains the property manager. The private buyer plans to use part of the property for commercial purposes, which will also serve as a neighborhood meeting place. This should contribute to the revitalization and mixing of the Goldbach district.” (Media release, 29.2.2024)
