English: Központi Szálloda, Kolozsvár. A Főtér és a Belső Magyar utca sarkán. Nagy Gábor 1891 szeptemberében ebben az épületben nyitotta meg 36 szobás szállodáját és éttermét. Az étterem étlapján: ragout leves spárgával, fogas remoulade mártással, pecsenye körözve, pipesült uborka salátával, parfait, és a Szamosvíz (Nagy Gábor Kőmál délkeleti oldalán elterülő szőlőbirtokának bora), kolozsvári rakott káposzta, tordai pecsenye.
