Description
Português: A 1ª Vara Criminal de São Bernardo do Campo determinou a operadoras de telefonia o bloqueio do aplicativo WhatsApp, pelo período de 48 horas. O prazo passa a contar a partir da 0 hora seguinte ao recebimento do ofício da Justiça. A decisão foi proferida em um procedimento criminal, que corre em segredo de justiça. Isso porque o WhatsApp não atendeu a uma determinação judicial de 23 de julho de 2015. Em 7 de agosto de 2015, a empresa foi novamente notificada, sendo fixada multa em caso de não cumprimento. Como, ainda assim, a empresa não atendeu à determinação judicial, o Ministério Público requereu o bloqueio dos serviços pelo prazo de 48 horas, com base na lei do Marco Civil da internet, o que foi deferido pela juíza Sandra Regina Nostre Marques.
