English: Junction of paths, Saddleworth On my 1960s six-inch map there are no paths marked up here on the moors. Now we have the Pennine Way and the Oldham Way. They share the same route northwards from the A62, and part here. The small block of concrete is the guidestone. See close-up photograph for the inscription on a plate on the top. |
