Summary
[edit]DescriptionJunction of Woodhorn Lane and Oving Road - geograph.org.uk - 1541751.jpg |
English: Junction of Woodhorn Lane and Oving Road This junction dates from the post-War period, when Church Road/Lane (formerly the A2024, running through Shopwyke, just north of Oving, and east to Aldingbourne) had long been stopped up across the perimeter of Tangmere Airfield, and Oving Road was laid out to the south as the alternative route. Ahead is Woodhorn Lane south to Woodhorn Farm and Woodhorn Crossing. |
