Summary
[edit]DescriptionJunction of Mount Pleasant Road and Philip Lane.jpg |
English: ►► Update. Potholes at the junction of Mount Pleasant Road and Philip Lane, Tottenham. My wife Zena Brabazon was there again on Tuesday 14 January 2014. Leak and potholes as before.
Replying to reports from me and Zena a staff member of Haringey Neighbourhood Action Team emailed to say he'd seen a pothole on 12 December 2013. Water leaking suggested that a burst pipe had caused the collapse of part of the road surface. He phoned the Thames Water emergency line and requested a 4 hour call out. (Reference number 1011522872.) He also called-out Haringey's highways contractor who erected barriers around the pothole. On 8 January 2014 he saw that while a repair had been done and the pothole patched, there was still a leak and a new pothole was forming. (He re-referred to Thames Water, reference number 1011564055.) Good to know that Haringey staff have done their stuff. Now awaiting action by Thames Water. __________________________________ § Aerial view of where I took this photo. |
