Lakissa on virheellisesti kaksi lakkimerkkiä päällekkäin. Vuonna 1919 määritettyyn malliin kuuluu vain alempana oleva liikenneosaston osastomerkki, jonka tulee olla ylemmän siipipyörämerkin paikalla. Osastomerkin kanssa ei käytetä muita merkkejä eikä kokardia. Lakin väri ei vastaa asetuksen määritystä: keltaisenpunainen.

This cap is not according to original 1919 specification: it is wrong color, the upper emblem does not belong to it, and the lower emblem should be on its place. No other emblems should be used.
