English: Pfc. Kara B. Morton of Milton Fla., a military policeman and Sgt. 1st Class James T. Carroll, of Sebago Lake, Maine, both assigned to 108th Military Police Company, 503rd MP Battalion, 16th MP Brigade, and Sgt. Veronica L. Calzada of Cape May Court House, N. J., assigned to 65th MP Company, hook up static lines at the mock door rehearsal for a foreign jump, Nov. 18. Soldiers participate in the second annual canned food drive jump to benefit 2nd Harvest Food Bank, Fayetteville, N.C., Nov. 18, 2013. The German airborne operation allows U.S. soldiers to earn German wings. German Sgt. Maj. Ronny Hahnlein of Coburg, Bavaria, Germany, serving as German liaison to XVIII Airborne Corps here. Hahnlein also serves as jumpmaster for the foreign wing jump for U.S. soldiers. For many soldiers, this was jump number six to eight, with the first five jumps being at the U. S. Army Airborne School, Fort Benning, Ga. Soldiers rehearse the jump commands at the "mock door," an airframe sized training aid, prior to the airborne operation.
