Summary
[edit]DescriptionJubilee tree - geograph.org.uk - 1005701.jpg |
English: Jubilee tree. This tree was planted in Wootton by my father, Chesney Farrow, along with Ann Green and Dutch Coates (who claimed to have forgotten all about it at the time this photo was taken). It was planted for a Royal Jubilee (almost certainly in 1935 then), by the three children on behalf of the village school. As more recent pictures show, the tree is not longer there. |
