Deutsch: Der Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Jubiläumswerkstätten-Hof, auch bekannt als Jubiläumswerkstättenhof, auf der Mollardgasse 85-85A in Wien-Mariahilf wurde von Otto Richter und Leopold Ramsauer im Jahr 1909 anlässlich des diamantenen Jubiläum von Kaiser Franz Josephs Herrschaft erbaut. Heute beherbergt es Wohnungen und Büroräume und Werkstätten für Wirtschaftsunternehmen.
English: The Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Jubiläumswerkstätten-Hof, also known shorthand as Jubiläumswerkstättenhof, on Mollardgasse 85-85A in Mariahilf in Vienna was built by Otto Richter and Leopold Ramsauer in 1909 for the occasion of Emperor Franz Joseph´s diamond jubilee as Emperor of Austria. Today it houses apartments and office rooms and workshops for commercial enterprises.
