Español: Firmado Johannes Hispalensis. El tríptico representa a la Virgen María y al Niño Jesús acompañados por unos ángeles músicos con san Pedro y san Pablo. En la tabla central, de doble anchura que las laterales, presenta a la Virgen entronizada y al Niño en su regazo, con la filacteria "yo soy el Alfa y el Omega". Cuatro ángeles con instrumentos musicales rodean a María y, en las alas del tríptico, se efigia a San Pablo y a San Pedro. Los personajes sacros figuran sobre fondos dorados y gofrados, bajo arcos de tracería dorada y ornamentados.
