Čeština: JUDr. Josef Šárka (6. srpna 1918, Nová Ves u Kamenice nad Lipou – 20. května 2008) byl právník, ekonom, aktivista a přímý účastník studentských událostí v listopadu 1939 a v listopadu 1989, účastník druhého a třetího odboje a signatář Charty 77. Autor vzpomínkových textů na události roku 1939, na věznění v koncentračním táboře Sachsenhausen, na život v Protektorátu Čechy a Morava i na život v Československu v období komunistické diktatury a na rok 1989. Studentská fotografie z jeho vysokoškolského indexu z roku 1939. Autor fotografie není znám.
English: JUDr. Josef Šárka (August 6, 1918, Nová Ves near Kamenice nad Lipou - May 20, 2008) was a lawyer, economist, activist and a direct participant in student events in November 1939 and in November 1989, participant in the second and third resistance and signatory to Charter 77. Author of commemorative texts on the events of 1939, imprisonment in the Sachsenhausen concentration camp, life in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and life in Czechoslovakia during the communist dictatorship and 1989. Student photography from his university index from year 1939. The author of the photo is unknown.
