Čeština: Plukovník Josef Churavý (* 1894 – † 1942) (brigádní generál in memoriam). Příslušník československých legií v Rusku. Za protektorátu byl jednou z nejvýznamnějších postav II. odboje, kde působli jako čelný představitel ilegální vojenské odboové organizace "Obrana národa". Spolupracovník zpravodajsko - sabotážní skupiny "Tři králové" (Balabán, Mašín, Morávek). Josef Churavý (v hodnosti kapitána dělostřelectva) se svojí manželkou Marií Churavou rozenou Volfovou (* 1897 - † 1982). Svatební fotografie datovaná 4. února 1922 pořízena neznámým fotografem ve fotoateliéru "František Novák, Žižkov, Sladkovského náměstí 312". Snímek nalezený v pozůstalosti po synech Josefa Churavého.
English: Colonel Josef Churavý (* 1894 – † 1942) (Brigadier General in memoriam). A member of the Czechoslovak legions in Russia. In time of the protectorate was one of the most important persons of anti-nazi resistance. He worked as the leading representative of the illegal military organization "Defence of the Nation". Coworker of the intelligence - sabotage group named "Three Kings" (Balabán, Mašín, Morávek). Josef Churavý (with the rank of artillery captain) and his new wife Marie Churavá born Volfová (* 1897 - † 1982). Wedding photo (dated Feb. 4, 1922) was taken by an unknown photographer in photo studio "František Novák, Prague - Žižkov, Sladkovsky plaza No 312". The photo was found in the estate of the sons of Josef Churavý.
