Description Metal roofing, blown from a commercial building hundreds of feet away, wraps a Joplin, Mo., home June 25, 2011. The roofing was blown into the home by an EF-5 tornado that hit the city May 22. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has been assigned by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to manage debris removal from the tornado, as well as to provide temporary shelter for displaced residents.
