English: The north side of the Dr. Jonathan Pitney House (57 North Shore Rd., Absecon, Atlantic County, New Jersey) seen from the corner of Shore Rd. and Church St. According to the Atlantic County Historical Society (Vol. 15, #3 of their "Historical and Genealogical Journal"), the oldest part of the house, the two-story part on the southwest corner, was built around 1799, and most of the current structure was added in 1848 by Dr. Jonathan Pitney, one of the main organizers and promoters of the resort of Atlantic City; it is currently used as a bed-and-breakfast. It is #98001062 on the National Register of Historic Places.

Według Towarzystwa Historycznego Powiatu Atlantyckiego (tom 15, nr 3 ich "Czasopisma Historycznego i Genealogicznego"), najstarsza część domu, dwupiętrowa część na rogu południowo-zachodnim, została zbudowana około 1799, i większość obecnej struktury dodał w 1848 Doktor Jonathan Pitney, jeden z głównych organizatorów i zwolenników kurortu w Mieście Atlantyckim; dom teraz jest używany jako hotelik. Jest nr 98001062 na Państwowej Liście Historycznych Miejsc.
