Description
English: Albumen cabinet card portrait of John Russell Bass, Bowdoin College class of 1900. John Russell Bass (b. 1878) was the son of G. H. Bass, and served as treasurer for the family-owned shoemaking firm G. H. Bass & Sons, and later served as Maine delegate to the Republican national convention in 1920, 1944 and 1952.
