Amy Spencer (Miss Beatrice Ferrar) has quarrelled with her friend, Heath Desmond, on the eve of the wedding, and Heath has gone away without a word. The Rev. James Bartlett (Mr. Rudge Harding) takes advantage of the situation to urge his own suit with Amy. The girl hears him not unwillingly."
