[edit]To be Sold by Auction, By Jonathan Howlett, At the White Hart Inn, in Halesworth, on Friday the 23d day of May inst. at Four o'clock in the Afternoon, by direction of the. Executors of the late Mr. John Oldrin, deceased. A Most desirable and compact Estate, situate at Wissett, in Suffolk; comprising a substantial and convenient Farm House, with an excellent Garden and Orchard, Barn, Stables, Granary, and other necessary and suitable Outbuildings, in good repair together with sundry convenient Pieces or Enclosures of rich Pasture, and highly cultivated Arable Land, containing in the whole by survey, 63A. 3H. 33P., and also Three Goings or Rights of Commonage on that excellent piece of Pasture Land, called "Rumburgh Green." Possession may be had at Michaelmas next, and part of the purchase money may, if required, remain on security of the Estate. This Property, which lies extremely compact, and the Parochial expenses incident thereto, unusually low, is most pleasantly and advantageously situated within a convenient distance of the Town of Halesworth, where an excellent Corn Market is held, and from whence to the Port of Southwold is a Navigable River for Shipping. For further particulars apply to Mr. Oldrin, on the premises, who will show the same to Mr. Wm. Sparling of Weybread; to Messrs Crabtree and Allcock, Solicitors, Halesworth; or the Auctioneer at Rumburgh Abbey.
