Summary
[edit]Portrait of John Milne (*1850–†1913), a British engineer and seismologist, one of the founders of instrumental seismology. This portrait is taken from my private collection of portraits of great scientists. Milne died in 1913, more than 90 years ago, and the picture itself is over 100 years old. The author is unknown. User:Carlo_Denis
