Description
English: Commonwealth War Graves Commission headstone of Leading Aircraftman 1092889, John MArtindale, RAF Volunteer Reserve, who died 22 November 1942 aged 36. He was the son of William and Barbara Ann Martindale and husband of Mary Florence Martindale, of Windermere. His body is buried in Bowness Cemetery, Bowness on Windermere, Cumbria.
