English: John Audsley was sentenced to 5 years Penal Servitude for theft by OLP [Opening Lockfast Places] and Con. S60 of 17. & 18. Vic. Cap. 80.
On release, on 02-Feb-1894, he was 59 years old; his complexion was described as fresh, his hair grey, and his eyes slate coloured. His height was 5 feet 7 1/2 inches. He was noted as having the following distinguishing marks: Middle joint of left middle finger deformed. His address on release was 204 George Street, Aberdeen.
