Description
English: Johanna TG326 is a smack from Vágur, Suðuroy, Faroe Islands. The ship was built in 1884 in Rye, Sussex in England. Ten years later, it was sold to the Dahl family in Vágur. This photo was taken on 26 July 2010, when Faroese sail ships went for a regatta tour around the islands. This was when they were in Tvøroyri in Suðuroy. They left an hour later. The journey ended at the national holiday Ólavsøka in Tórshavn on 28 July.
Føroyskt: Myndin vísir bovsprýtið hjá sluppini Johannu TG326 úr Vági. Sluppin varð bygd í 1884 í Onglandi. Henda myndin varð tikin á Tvøroyri, tá føroysk træseglskip siglu runt um oyggjarnar í Føroya Retatta. Myndin er tikin á Tvøroyri 26. juli 2010.
