Object history | "Diese Miniatur wurde wie das Bildnis des Prinzen Wilhelm [siehe unten] unter den persönlichen Sachen von Nikolaus I. in seinem Kabinett im Anitschkow-Palais in St. Petersburg aufbewahrt und in den Verzeichnissen der privaten Sammlungen nicht erfasst. Im 'Inventar verschiedener Sachen aus dem Kabinett seiner Majestät des verstorbenen Zaren Nikolai Pawlowitsch' ist unter Nummer 326 Folgendes eingetragen: "2 Bildnisse in Militäruniform mit Orden, auf Papier unter Glas (gehören ins Schloss in Gattschina in die Zimmer von Alexandra Fjodorowna) …" K.
