Description

Bruststück im strengen Profil nach rechts, in dunkelblauem Rock mit gelbem rot gezackten Hemdkragen, weißer Rüsche und schwarzer Samtkappe (Gelehrtenkäppchen, auch Kalotte genannt).

Wohl kaum als Gegenstück zum Bildnis seiner Frau Anna Heusingers geb. Billep in derselben Sammlung konzipiert, das 1816 entstanden ist. Beide Miniaturen sind aber in einheitlicher Weise alt gerahmt.
