Description
Hermann Ernst Freund married Amalie Elisabeth von Würden in 1835, and he died in 1840. The daughter appears to have been born in 1839. Her only brother, V. Freund wrote in his book about their father, that she was christened on Whitsun Sunday in 1839, coinsiding with the installation of Thorvaldsen's marble statue of Christ in Vor Frue church of Copenhagen, supervised by Herman Ernst Freund.
