Joe Biden speaking at Ohio State University about It's On Us in 2015.

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: My father used to say: Joey, the cardinal sin is the abuse of power and the ultimate abuse of power is for a man to abuse a woman. Studies have shown that one in five women are victims of sexual assault or attempted sexual assault in college. They're your friends, your sisters, your classmates. This must stop. It's on us – all of us – to step up and speak out against sexual assault on college campuses.
